How do I care for my virgin hair bundles?
Hair bundles purchased from GLH are 100% human virgin hair. Caring for GLH hair should be similar to taking care of one’s own hair. It is recommended that only natural oils, sulfate free shampoos, as well as moisturizing/hydrating conditioners be applied to hair. Once installed, hair should be washed every week to every two weeks. Excessive heat, alcohol based products and over washing should be minimized to avoid damage to the hair bundles. Also, if hair is installed, it is also recommended to remove installed hair after 8-10 weeks. Leaving hair installed longer than 10 weeks could cause matting and breaking to one’s natural hair.
Can I swim with my GLH hair?
GLH hair can be successfully worn in water, but with precautions. Water that has high concentrations of salt and chlorine  (as is found in pools and beaches), can dry hair out. It is recommended to slightly dampen the installed bundles in bathing water mixed with conditioner. This process of  allows cuticles to absorb the conditioner and water mix to a maximum point of saturation. This prevents less absorption of pool and ocean water. If the hair has been exposed to chlorinated water, ensure that the hair is washed with a sulfate free shampoo and hydrating conditioner immediately.
I can’t find the bundle length I need on your website.
GLH has access to an array of different bundle lengths. Our website carries the most common lengths of 14″-24″. If you require bundle lengths outside of the common length range, you can contact GLH and a special order can be placed
How long will my order take to ship?
As long as we have the product in stock, it should take about 24 to 17 hours to process the order. With standard shipping any where in the U.S., it should take 3-5 business days or less to receive the product. Of course, we do provide express shipping options for an additional fee.
What’s your return policy?
GLH  has a strict return policy. Only bundles that have not been altered, worn, dyed or cut can be returned. When you receive your bundles, please examine for proper length, style and texture before installing, to prevent any issues. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact GLH within 3-5 days to rectify the issue. All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 3-5 days of receiving your order in original packaging, resell-able condition and with the sales receipt. You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange.

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless GLH was the party at fault.
Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void.  We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut).
Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles OR removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction.  If you are unsure, please show your stylist.
If it’s determined that GLH is the party at fault, we shall refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale.
